Using LumosCore
Rewards
The three LUMOS reward programmes, who is eligible, and when rounds pay.
Three programmes distribute LUMOS to people who provide liquidity or hold the token. Rewards are paid in rounds, and eligibility is read from the ledger — there is nothing to stake, lock or claim.
#The three programmes
| Programme | Started | Who it pays |
|---|---|---|
| Native LP | 15 Dec 2025 | Liquidity providers in the LUMOS native pools. |
| Whale Holder | 1 Apr 2026 | Large LUMOS holders, by tier — no liquidity provision required. |
| Ecosystem LP | 15 Apr 2026 | Liquidity providers in ten selected pools pairing LUMOS with another asset. |
#Rounds
Rewards pay every 15 days, which makes twelve rounds over a six-month cycle. Your share of a round is calculated from your position at that round, so joining a pool part way through a cycle does not disqualify you — it simply means you were present for fewer rounds.
#Ecosystem LP
Ten pools are selected, each pairing LUMOS with one other asset. As of this writing they are LMNR, yXLM, sages, AQUA, SSLX, SHX, TKG, LIBERATOR, KALE and USDC. Each pool pays 100,000 LUMOS per round, split among that pool's liquidity providers in proportion to their share.
The ten are reselected every 6 months. A pool being in the current selection is not a promise that it will be in the next one.
The current Ecosystem cycle
Ecosystem LP began on 15 April 2026, so 1 October 2026 is the twelfth and final round of its first cycle. Check the Rewards page for the selection that follows.
#Whale Holder
Paid on holdings alone — you need only hold LUMOS, not provide liquidity with it. Shares are banded into tiers, so what matters is which tier your balance falls in rather than your exact balance.
#Checking your eligibility
Connect your wallet and open Rewards. The page reads your balances and pool positions from the ledger and shows which programmes you currently qualify for. Nothing is submitted and no registration exists — if your position qualifies, it qualifies.
#How this interacts with fees
LUMOS held in a liquidity pool counts toward the 250,000 LUMOS threshold for the reduced fee tier. Providing liquidity therefore does not cost you the discount — the same balance can earn rewards and qualify you for 0.1% trading at once.
Rewards are not a hedge
LUMOS paid to you is subject to its own price, and reward income does not compensate for divergence loss or for an asset in your pool failing. Read Liquidity pools before sizing a position around a reward rate.
