USDT0 Is Now Live on LumosCore: Trade USDT0 on Stellar

The multichain stablecoin landscape just got a little more connected.

USDT0 is now available on Stellar — and you can trade it on LumosCore.

USDT0 brings Tether’s widely used USDT liquidity into a unified, omnichain format, giving Stellar users access to a stablecoin designed to move across supported networks through LayerZero’s infrastructure.

And now, you can trade it directly on LumosCore with just 0.2% trading fees.

What Is USDT0?

USDT has been one of the foundational assets of the stablecoin market since its launch in 2014, becoming the world's most widely used dollar stablecoin.

USDT0 is designed to bring that liquidity into the multichain world.

Developed by Everdawn Labs in collaboration with Tether and LayerZero, USDT0 uses LayerZero's Omnichain Fungible Token (OFT) standard to maintain a unified USDT supply across supported networks rather than creating fragmented wrapped versions on each chain.

In other words, the goal is simple:

One stablecoin. One unified supply. Multiple networks. And now, Stellar is part of that network.

USDT0 Comes to Stellar

USDT0 officially went live on Stellar on September 2, 2026.

On Stellar, the asset uses the code USDT0 and the following issuer: GATISXX6BZ6NC7IKQBY37CJD4SOZL3CYZJWXEDG6JVIY4WBS6KXJHN6Q

The issuer and asset details are also documented by Stellar's official documentation.

USDT0 on Stellar is built using LayerZero's OFT standard, allowing it to connect Stellar to USDT0's broader omnichain infrastructure.

This is significant for Stellar because it brings another major dollar-denominated asset into an ecosystem built around fast, low-cost payments and on-chain finance.

Trade USDT0 on LumosCore

USDT0 is now available to trade on LumosCore's Stellar DEX.

LumosCore charges just 0.2% per trade, with the fee dropping to 0.1% for users holding 250,000+ LUMOS.

That gives Stellar users a simple way to access USDT0 without jumping between multiple platforms.

What About Bridging USDT0?

This is where the LayerZero connection becomes particularly interesting. USDT0 uses LayerZero as its underlying interoperability infrastructure. LayerZero's endpoint is now live on Stellar, with USDT0 being the first asset deployed using it.

However, there's an important distinction:

USDT0 is currently tradeable on LumosCore, but bridging USDT0 through LumosCore is not yet available. We're starting with trading and will expand the integration as the infrastructure comes online.

The broader USDT0 ecosystem already supports transfers between Stellar and other supported networks through LayerZero's OFT architecture.

Why USDT0 Matters for LumosCore

This is exactly the kind of integration that fits into what we're building at LumosCore.

Blockchain is becoming increasingly multichain. But with every new network comes another wallet, another DEX, another bridge, another explorer, and another set of liquidity.

More networks shouldn't mean more fragmentation.

Our goal is to give users one place to interact with assets across the multichain ecosystem. USDT0 is another step in that direction.

Today, you can discover and trade USDT0 on Stellar through LumosCore. As our cross-chain infrastructure expands, the goal is to make moving and swapping assets across networks increasingly seamless — without forcing users to understand which bridge, DEX, or application they need to use behind the scenes.

Always Verify USDT0 Before Trading

One important reminder for anyone trading assets on Stellar:

The asset code is not the asset's identity. Stellar allows anyone to create an asset using any asset code. That means multiple unrelated assets can use the same code — including USDT0. The issuer account is what uniquely identifies a Stellar asset. LumosCore also checks the relationship between an asset's issuer and its home domain before applying its verification mark.

For the official USDT0 on Stellar, verify the issuer:

GATISXX6BZ6NC7IKQBY37CJD4SOZL3CYZJWXEDG6JVIY4WBS6KXJHN6Q

You should also verify that the issuer's home domain and asset information correspond to USDT0.

The easy way on LumosCore

If you're trading on LumosCore, simply search for USDT0

The verified USDT0 asset is the one you want.

What's Next?

USDT0 is just the beginning.

We're working on bringing LayerZero directly into LumosCore's Stellar cross-chain infrastructure alongside Circle's CCTP integration. CCTP gives LumosCore a powerful rail for moving native USDC across supported networks. LayerZero can open the door to a much broader range of assets and cross-chain routes.

Together, these integrations can significantly expand what users can move and swap across networks through LumosCore. More assets. More networks. More routes. Less fragmentation.

That's the direction we're building toward. And with USDT0 now live on Stellar, we're one step closer.
